In Thailand, the herbal steam bath has been used for centuries as a traditional remedy for ailments and to help postnatal mothers recuperate. Paired with the Massage Ball. You can apply pressure in a circular motion, or strokes, as a soothing ritual to promote muscular and mental relaxation. 

Use and Care
Some of the herbs used in this bath soak will change the color of the water, but should not have an effect on the skin. After using your bath soak, we recommend letting it dry fully, then storing in the refrigerator in between uses. Each Herbal Bath Soak pouch can be used 3-4 times.
