Deux Cranes is an artisanal chocolate brand, handcrafted in Los Gatos by French-trained chocolatier Michiko Marron-Kibbey and designed by creative director Ayaka B. Ito as a nod to their Japanese heritage and the flavors of their youth. 

Yuzu is the flavor of winter in Japan, as the prized citrus reaches its peak season in the cooler months. The beautiful harmony of rich cocoa notes and the ethereal aromas of yuzu are highlighted in this Incredible chocolate bar. Candied yuzu peel from Japan are added for additional texture and flavor.
