Aged White Tea Brick

This aged white tea from the Bay Area's own Fabula Tea is picked from large leaf varietal tea trees in Yunnan Province, China. It's a high mountain tea, grown at an elevation of 5900 ft and is rich in antioxidants. The taste is smooth and has a gentle sweetness with fruit notes.

Brewing Suggestions

• Western Style - Break off one square and add to a large teapot. Add 200F water and steep for 10-15 minutes or to desired strength.
• Gongfu Cha Style - Break off one square and add to a gaiwan or yixing clay teapot. Give the tea a quick rinse with 200F water. Add 200F water and steep for 30 sec. For the second to fifth infusions, add 200F water and steep for 5-10 sec.
