Bi and Butterfly Necklace by Pat Tseng

Born and raised in Macao and now living in San Francisco, Pat Tseng has been designing jewelry since the 1970s.  She is known especially for her beautiful one-of-a-kind hand dyed and hand-knotted cord necklaces, made with both modern and antique jades carefully selected in her travels.

A green jade butterfly hovers above a jade circle with serpentine beads and Chinese knots, hanging from a celadon double silk cord with asymmetrical Chinese knots and beads.
