Tsalt, a true grassroots company, is Cole and Tsatssa Campi. Cole was born and raised in Oakland, California. Inspired by his chef parents, he began mixing his own seasonings to use in his slow cooker. He and his wife Tsatsaa, who emigrated from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, started Tsalt to bring little taste of Mongolia to every kitchen and backyard barbeque.
The brand specializes in delicious hand-blended seasonings for all types of cooking. All of their seasonings are made with Mongolian salt, formed over 250 million years ago below the mountain range of Mongolia, which contains 84 nutrients that help nourish the body.
