Handwoven Clutch with Mother-of-Pearl locksAsianArtMuseumStore
Our buntal clutch is handwoven from natural plant fibers carefully extracted from the stalks of the tropical buri palm in the Philippines, and accented with mother-of-pearl locks. Ideal for casual brunches and fancy dinners alike, this statement piece adds a touch of flair to any wardrobe. Roomy enough to hold your phone and other essentials, it can be used as clutch or with a drop chain. Each purse is handmade and may have slight variations in color, pattern, or texture.
LIKHÂ's products are crafted from natural, eco-friendly materials, including natural straw and plant fiber, coco coir, sustainably sourced shells, and recycled wood. Designed in California, each item is painstakingly made by hand by our partner artisans and features a blend of intricate traditional techniques and modern design. LIKHÂ's makers are spread across the Philippines, each with craft specific to their culture, methods, and materials native to their region. LIKHÂ aims to provide more than just livelihood: through our partnership with local artisans, we hope to help uplift their status and uphold their dignity as humans.
